Our classes are not labeled as beginner, amateur or novice. We choose to utilize the principles that we teach, keeping each class as a new experience. Even the most advanced student may need a shift in their pace from time to time.  We keep a mindful eye on each student while encouraging you to work from your personal space. Remember yoga meets you where you are. Stay on your mat!  If you simple must have that need for speed and power met, then the Tuesday evening class is for you. AKA "Duck Butter"   No explanation needed.

Stretch and Balance Yoga: Starting with a gentle warm up from head to toe we energize the blood moving through the body with postures that promote flexibility and range of motion. You are encouraged to stay present and be kind to your body. This class is for everyone. Great class to start your practice. Monday’s at 11:15 a.m.

Yoga Therapy aka My Yoga NowMonday @6:30 pm.  &  Thursday’s at 9:30 pm.

Yoga "HIIT" Detox: (AKA-Duck ButterYoga) Yoga classes can be very gentle and relaxing this is one is NOT….well at the end it is, but you would have earned it. We relax very well!  It’s Bliss.  You gotta experience it.    We emphasize deep breathing and physical postures that can create a cardio workout all the while utilizing yoga moves and mindset.  We don’t leave any body part out especially the core. This class is geared toward people who enjoy a physical challenge and like to explore the body’s capacity for strength. Alignment cues and hands-on assists are woven in to safely guide students through challenging but accessible poses to build strength and flexibility. Recommended for those ready give the cardiovascular, respiratory, and lymphatic system a good flush.  Prior yoga experience is good but not necessary ,however, the focus is to "rev" up the engine but modifications will be offered so everyone can work at their own pace.  We incorporate blocks, weights and straps from time to time.   Tuesday’s at 6:30 p.m.

Yoga Therapy aka Seasonal Yoga - Heals and restores balance by restoring our natural capacity for self-healing mentally. Yoga Therapy addresses our health on all levels with asana, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. Yoga Therapy classes are helpful for stress reduction and incorporate the  healing aspects of Yoga. The last 15 minutes of class is the practice of Yoga Nidra the practice of “Alert Sleep” we rest fully and completely while releasing tension and reducing stress through pranayama or breath work and a brief meditation to experience deep relaxation and rest while students are in shavasana (corpse) reclined in a supportive and restorative posture. Tuesday @9:30am.  Thursday’s at 9:30 a.m.

Meditation: A great (learn by doing) introduction to meditation and empowering techniques of the breath. Learn how to bring discipline to the body first then the mind. Everything starts and stops with the breath. The discipline of the body and the mind begins with proper breathing. Learn the pattern and live the flow. Meditation is how the hidden inner values evolve from within us all. Meditation class is Friday at 6:30 p.m. This is a donation based class.

My Yoga Works
Your Yoga will work for you if you Work it! In a My Yoga Works class, not only will you explore the timeless teachings, but you will also experience the awareness-relationship and responsibility to take ownership of your practice. Each class is taught with the principles of acceptance and adaptation. Poses are creatively adapted to serve every student’s potential and journey into their own embodiment. The healing aspects of Yoga are emphasized throughout the class and the teachings complement the philosophy of being fully present while surrendering to your strengths and weaknesses. Saturday’s @ 9:30 a.m. - 10:45 a.m. (75 min class)

Our yoga classes typically are one hour and 5-10 minutes long and always include a warm-up and relaxation. Our Tuesday and Saturday class are 75 min classes. We provide clean yoga mats, however feel free to bring your own. Yoga mat cleaner wipes are also available for your use before and after class.  All mats should be wiped after use.  Please read the student guidelines for more information.  ALL CLASSES ARE ONLINE NOW.  THIS INCLUDES PRIVATE SESSIONS AS WELL.
